A resident of Westerville, Ohio Fran Mangino
Received her B.S. in Art Education from Kent State University.
She met her husband, Pat, at school and they started their married
life with a trip to Italy. Her jobs have included Art Therapy,
teaching, hearing aid consulting, weaving/fiber art, oil acrylic,
photography, pastels, water colors, Mother of three and wife
to one.
